For a strong link and precise transfer of temperature and humidity readings, make sure the Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor is within 400 inches of the Aqara Zigbee hub, and the hub is also within that distance from the Wi-Fi router. Confirm that the hub and the router are connected to the same local area network (LAN).
